Information we collect
- Account details you provide — name, email, phone, and (for providers) the services you offer and verification documents.
- Location, so we can match seekers with nearby providers and enforce country-specific requirements.
- Service requests, messages, and ratings exchanged on the platform.
- Payment details handled by our payment processors — we never store your full card or wallet credentials.
How we use it
- To match requests with eligible, verified providers in your area.
- To hold payments in escrow and release them when a service is completed.
- To verify identity and service requirements, and keep the community safe.
- To provide support and send service-related notifications.
Sharing
We share only what a service needs — a seeker and provider see each other's relevant profile and location once a request is accepted. We use trusted processors for payments, messaging, and verification. We never sell your data.
Your rights & contact
