Account& data deletion

You can ask Workadabra to delete some of your data, or your entire account and all associated data, at any time.

Delete from the app

Open Workadabra, go to Profile → Settings and tap Delete account. This starts the deletion of your account and associated data directly.

Request by email

Email support@workadabra.com from the address linked to your account. Tell us whether you want specific data removed or your whole account and data deleted, and we will guide you through it.

What can and cannot be deleted

You can request deletion of some data or all of it. Removing only part of your data is not always possible if it would leave your account or the app in an incomplete or unusable state; we will tell you and offer alternatives. We may also decline or delay full account deletion where we are required or permitted to keep records — for example, unpaid invoices or an outstanding balance, fraud prevention, or legal and regulatory retention obligations. We will explain the reason and what needs to happen first.

What happens next

Once we confirm your request and verify your identity, we delete eligible data within 30 days. Any data we are legally required to keep is retained only for as long as the law requires and then deleted. Questions: support@workadabra.com.
